J. Robert (Bob) Beyer, President
Mr. Beyer has been President of his consulting firm, Elevator Advisors, Inc., since 1990. Mr. Beyer has over 40 years experience in the elevator industry, ranging from installation and repair work to sales management and project management. He has guest lectured at several Architectural firms and universities, conducted seminars for BOMA and CSI and written articles for Architectural Record.

Prior to entering the consulting field, Mr. Beyer was Regional Sales Manager for a national elevator company in both New York and Atlanta. He is QEI certified (I-137) and previously served as President of the National Association of Vertical Transportation Professionals (NAVTP).

Bill Minton, Field Inspector
Bill Minton is Field Inspector for Elevator Advisors and has 37 years experience in the elevator industry. He has been employed by Dover, Southeastern, U.S. and Thyssen Krupp Elevator. His job responsibilities have included: constructor, modernization mechanic, service mechanic and adjuster in service and construction. He served as Regional Field Engineer for U.S. Elevator and Thyssen Krupp, where he was also field supervisor.

Mr. Minton is certified in electronic technology and was an instructor in the National Elevator Industry Education Plan. After retirement, he served as an elevator inspector for the State of Georgia from 2003 to 2006.

Eric Furman, Account Consultant
Eric Furman is an Account Consultant with Elevator Advisors. He has 12 years of experience with modernization, new construction, service and repair. He has been a member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors since 1997.
