J. Robert (Bob) Beyer
President, Elevator Advisors, Inc.

Mr. Beyer has 30 years experience in the elevator industry, ranging from actual installation and repair work to sales training and project management. Mr. Beyer has guest lectured at several Architectural Schools, conducted seminars for BOMA and CSI, and written articles for Architectural Record. Prior to entering the consulting field, Mr. Beyer was Regional Sales Manager in Atlanta and then New York City for a national elevator company. He has been an elevator consultant for the past nine years, is QEI certified (I-137), is President of the National Assoc. of Vertical Transportation Professionals and holds Florida Certificate of Competency #398.

Mr. Beyer's experience covers three areas: planning for new projects; evaluation of existing systems; and modernization of older systems. Following is a list of some of these projects:
